5. Every product we make is guaranteed to meet your standards.

GUARANTEE
1. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, we will replace it, exchange it or refund your money within 30 days of invoice date.
2. We warrant that our products are free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment.

LEAD TIME IN DELIVERY
1. Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping.
2. Shipping charges are estimated according to destination.
3. All merchandise is shipped cartoned or crated and carefully inspected before shipping.
4. Do not accept shipment if contents are damaged. Notify us immediately.
5. Freight claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise.

SHADES
1. Shades are completely hand made.
2. We only use cow rawhide. You should expect natural markings. Standard color is honey. See color in Rawhide shades category.
